BE JOYFUL IN HOPE
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Romans 12:12 (NIV)
God has given you everything you need in order to enjoy your life. Think about that for a minute. What is keeping you from living life to the full? You may not be in the home you want. You may not have the exact job you would like. Maybe you are single and really want to be married.
If you focus on these temporary things, it opens the door to comparison and frustration. It is good to have big dreams. It is good to want to increase. But if you start comparing yourself to others, it opens the door for the enemy to steal your joy. If you don’t learn to be happy where you are, you will never get to where you want to be. But if you will choose to be happy, refuse self-pity and refuse to complain, then you are sowing good seeds for God to take you where he prepared you to be in your future.
Beloved, realize that God is directing your steps. You have a future and a hope. Take joy in knowing that He is working all things together for your good according to His divine plan. Stay in faith, focus on Him and obey His commands. Sooner than you know, you will see those new doors open so you can walk boldly into your place of blessing in God!
Prayer
Father, today I choose to put my hope and trust in You. I know that You are working all things together for my good. I refuse self-pity and I refuse to compare. I choose joy and the divine plan You have prepared for me. I thank You for my life today in Jesus’ name! Amen.

PRAYERFEST 2012!!!I
It is finally here...PRAYERFEST 2012 is scheduled to take place from Wednesday 29th February to Sunday 4th March, 2012 at the Praise Sanctuary. National Prayer and Fasting (2 weeks) is in full swing and expected to end come Sunday 29th January 2012. After praying yourself into 2012 - Your Season of Greater grace, PRAYERFEST 2012 offers you another platform to tap into the supernatural. It is the first of its kind in a long time and you cannot afford to miss out. Papa Alex is bringing in a seasoned man of God - one who is a General in prayer - to teach us about prayer and to lead us into prayer. DON’T LET YOUR PAST ROB YOU
Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14
A life of regrets thinks, “If only…” “If only I had that university education; if only I had married the right woman (man); if only I had taken up the other job; if only I had not made that stupid mistake…” That is the past robbing you of your joy today right there!
Consider Paul. If the devil had anything to bring against Paul, it would be to remind him of how he had persecuted the early church and caused the death of Christians like Stephen. Paul had done horrendous things that were hard for him to forget. But he had such a revelation of God’s awesome forgiveness that he could say, “forgetting those things which are behind…I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Beloved, God has forgiven you of all your sins. He has completely forgiven you and declared, “Your sins and lawless deeds, I will remember no more.”
Like Paul, you can forget your past, the wrongs and the hurts. God takes the tears of yesterday and turn them into the miracles of tomorrow. He restores in abundance all that you lost. He causes all things to work together for your good. And His glory is your rear guard to cover your past. Your past is past, wiped out and gone so don’t be robbed!
Prayer
I thank You Lord that You have forgiven my past and wiped it out. Today, I accept the truth that I am a new creation and so old things have passed away. I let go of the past and hold on to the glorious future prepared for me. I thank You for making everything new in Jesus’ name. Amen.

2012 - MY SEASON OF GREATER GRACE!!!

Message...
Grace is defined as abilities and giftings of God in diverse forms; it is also His unmerited favour. In 2012, you must resolve to live in absolute holiness that will cause you to walk in the greater grace. Grace is derived from the Greek word "Karis" or "Gracia" and out of this, we can have about 17 types of grace. You are entering into 2012 as a GIANT because an uncommon power and oil is coming upon you. In 2012, you will not lack anything, you will not struggle to attain greater heights and when you ask for one thing, you will receive three from God. You are going to be so blessed that you shall be called the son of consolation. In 2012, because of the greater grace, you will abound in all things and in all sufficiency for you shall be massively blessed.
Characteristics of Greater Grace
1 - DIVINE INFLUENCE
2 - Possession of GREATNESS (You will not struggle for greatness)
3 - Possession of something MAGNIFICENT (very EXTRAORDINARY)
4 - Qualifies one for GREATER SERVICE (Divine Promotion)
5 - Produces EVIDENTIAL FRUITS in what you say or do (people will see your light tangibly)
6 - Puts HONOUR on an individual or group
7 - It releases BEAUTY, EXCELLENCE and RESPECT on you (In 2012, you shall not make unnecessary mistakes)
8 - There shall be NO LACK (At every point in time that you will need something, God will cause the supply to flow in - Psalm 23:1)
9 - No OBSTACLES (Mountains or obstacles are brought down)
10 - DETERMINED COUNSEL of God is established (And this shall come to pass as the Spirit of Grace comes upon you)
FOUNTAIN OF LIFE!
LET THE LORD BE YOUR DEFENSE
But the Lord has been my defense, and my God the rock of my refuge. Psalm 94:22
Imagine the poor widow, Ruth, a stranger in Israel and having one of the lowliest jobs in society. It would have been easy for her to feel vulnerable and defenseless. But because she trusted the Lord, God placed her under Boaz’s protection. Boaz, the owner of the field she worked in, commanded his young men saying, “Let her glean even among the sheaves, and do not reproach her.”
Boaz is a picture of our Lord Jesus. If you are feeling vulnerable and defenseless right now, imagine Jesus commanding His angels: “Watch over this one who belongs to Me. Make sure he (she) is treated with respect and not put to shame because he (she) is someone I love and someone whom I died for.” Listen, if God is for us, who can be against us? No one who has set himself against us can prevail because when God is for us, His protection is upon us. For we are the apple of His eye; bought with precious blood!
When you defend yourself, you have only your two hands and your own limited human resources. But when you let Jesus take up your defense, He defends you with His nail-pierced hands and His legions of angels! The results will be amazing. Beloved, the Lord is your defense and refuge. Trust Him to defend and protect you!
Prayer
I thank You Father for fear has vanished from me today. I can now boldly declare that if God be for me, no one can prevail against me. I know my life is moving on the command of God and so the devil can do nothing about it. I thank You Lord for making me a victor in Jesus’ name. Amen.
