FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

FRESH GRACE EVERY DAY
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6:34

Most people are so worried about a lot of things. They are concerned about the big business deal that they have to close by tomorrow or worried about crucial job interview they have the next week or the medical test results will be out in few days. But beloved, God does not want you to worry about tomorrow.

This is what God does: He gives you all the help you need for today and when tomorrow comes, so will fresh help come from Him. In the Old Testament, God gave the Israelites fresh manna from heaven every morning when they were on the desert. They did not have to worry about tomorrow because when tomorrow came, there was fresh manna. He was their provision every day. God’s manna represents the grace He gives to you every day. If you are worried about a situation tomorrow, know that there will be sufficient grace for that situation when it comes.

God wants you to simply rest in His ability to heal, deliver, protect and provide for you every day. When you see a problem looming in your tomorrow, don’t be afraid or dismayed. Always look to the Lord and see His grace and salvation to deliver. Understand that God wants you to live a stress-free life, not one filled with worries about tomorrow’s problems. Your God is well able to see you through each day!

Confession
I refuse to live a stressful life; one that is filled with anxiety, despair and fear. My God is the all-sufficient One and He is well able to see me through each day. The troubles I see in tomorrow are just platforms to lift me into my prominence. I receive my daily supply of grace right now!

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

THE GOD OF COMFORT
As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you... Isaiah 66:13 (NIV)

Oftentimes, when people face challenges, they seek comfort in things that are familiar. It may be work, an addiction or a relationship; things that they believe can bring them the comfort they seek. But note that those things may only bring temporal comfort. True comfort is found in a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Webster’s dictionary defines comfort as giving strength and hope; to ease grief or trouble. No matter what difficulty you may be facing today, God wants to bring you comfort. Like a mother cares for her child, He longs to give you strength, hope and confidence. Bible says that if even your earthly parents know how to give you the best, how much more you Heavenly Father? He knows the best, wants the best and prepares the best for you. Remember that there is no salvation in any other name except Jesus. And the salvation package also involves your comfort!

Today, make the decision to put God first in every decision you make. Let go of those things you know are holding you back. Let Him bring you comfort by allowing Him to be Lord over all the areas of your heart. As you surrender to His grace, you will be filled with His peace and joy. You’ll receive His comfort and be empowered to overcome in this life!

Prayer
Father in heaven, I come to You today and invite You to fill my whole being. Give me Your comfort and strength and empower me by Your Holy Spirit to live in the victory You have planned for me. May I find solace in knowing You all the days of my life in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

LOOK BEYOND
...Lift up now your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward. Genesis 13:14 (AMP)

Your perception will always determine your reception! In other words, what you allow to take a hold of your mind will determine what you can receive from God. God has a place of victory in store for you today! His plan is to enlarge you on every side so much that you can also become a blessing to others, but you need to be able to look beyond first.

You may be facing challenges. You may look around you and see only impossible circumstances. In the natural, it may look like things won’t ever change. But God is telling you to quit looking at your circumstances and look up to Him! Lift up your eyes of faith and look beyond where you are because there is victory as far as the eye can see! Remember that those things you are facing today are only temporary, but God Almighty is eternal. He is the God who spoke the world into existence and He is the God who set the stars in space.

He is more powerful than every obstacle, bigger than any setback and He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above and beyond what you could ever imagine. Today, look beyond your circumstances and set your focus on what His Word says. Lift up your eyes and look unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith!

Prayer
Father, today I lift up my eyes of faith towards You. Thank You for surrounding me with Your goodness and mercy. Thank You for believing in me and preparing a good future for me. Fill my heart with Your peace and confidence as I continue to trust You daily. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

Forgiveness Is For Your Own Sake
For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. Matthew 6:14–15 (NIV)

In life, everyone has his or her own share of unfair things happening to them; someone accuses you falsely or steps on your feet or hustles you in an uncomfortable manner. There is always a choice to make. You can choose to hold on to the hurt, become bitter and angry, and let it poison your future; or, you can choose to let it go and trust in God.

Considering how badly you have been hurt, you may be thinking you will not be able to forgive. Yes, I might not know how much abuse you endured while growing up or how your spouse has caused you a lot of pain or how your best friend has betrayed you or how difficult it is to let go of that pain. But I want you to realize that you don’t forgive for their sake; you forgive for your own sake. When you forgive, you are taking away their power to hurt you again. But if you hold on to the offense and stay angry, you are only poisoning your own life and disconnecting yourself from God.

Forgiveness is like a door on your heart. If you shut the door and refuse to forgive, then God cannot come in to forgive you. But when you open the door and allow forgiveness to flow from you, then His forgiveness can also flow into you. Choose to forgive and open the door to receive God’s life, peace and healing today.

Prayer
Father God, I thank You for the gift of forgiveness that sets me free. Lord, help me to truly understand what it means to forgive so I can receive Your forgiveness. Search my heart and try my thoughts and lead me in the way everlasting. Thank You in Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

All Things Are Possible
Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’ Matthew 19:26 (NIV)

Are you facing a situation today that seems impossible? Does the financial challenge, the health issue, the court case or the bad state of your family seem like an insurmountable mountain before you? With man it may be, but with God, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. Remember that in the season of the greater grace, every mountain must bow down before you!

If you seem to be in an impossible situation, team up with God! Sometimes it is so easy to focus on the problem and try to solve them in your own strength. The 10 Israelite spies saw the giants on the land rather than their God and ignorantly thought they cannot take the land God has given them. But remember that the battle belongs to the Lord. He always has a plan for your victory. He is making the things that seem impossible, possible. Bible says that He has plans for your good, not for evil; to give you a future and a hope.

You just need to start believing and confessing His Word. Are your bills piling up? With God, all things are possible. Do you need healing? With God, all things are possible. Is your family breaking apart? With God, all things are possible! Just trust Him in your prayers and daily confess His Word and certainly, His power will be activated in your life!

Prayer
Heavenly Father, I thank You for making a way where there seems to be no way. I choose to trust You and I believe that all things are possible! Show me Your power today. Work through me to encourage those around me so they will learn to trust You more in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

The Power of Integrity
The Lord judges the people; judge me, O Lord, and do me justice according to my righteousness [my rightness, justice, and right standing with You] and according to the integrity that is in me. Psalm 7:8 (AMP)

Integrity is taught to be the quality of possessing high moral principles. It is a very powerful attribute in the life of any person, and even more especially the believer. Integrity means that you are dependable; you are a person of your word; you are consistent and honest. It is the kind of quality that sets a person distance ahead of another!

If you think being just a good person and doing the right thing most of the time is okay, understand that it is the little foxes that spoil the vine. You can veer off course just a little bit, and before you know it, you are miles away from your destination. Don’t allow the little things to keep you from your destiny; choose integrity, even when no one is looking. For instance, you might need some extra money to settle the bills that just came in, but don’t cheat on another person or tell a lie to gain that extra money you need. And if a bank teller or a bus conductor makes a mistake and gives you too much money back, that’s not God’s provision. It is only a test of integrity!

Remember, there is power in integrity. If you will be faithful and choose integrity in the little things, God will make you ruler over much. Be a person of integrity and open the door for God’s blessing and honour all the days of your life!

Prayer
Father God, today I commit to living a life of integrity. I choose a life of excellence and ask for Your hand of favour. Show me any area that is not pleasing to You so that I can continue to grow and increase in You. I lavish You with my love today in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

Walking In Love And Peace
Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. James 5:16 (NLT)

Relationships are so important in the eyes of God. As His children, He desires that we live in unity and stay connected with one another. When we are transparent and pray for each other, something supernatural takes place. We open the door for God to pour out His abundant blessing and healing in our lives.

No wonder Paul wrote to the believers in Romans 12:18 that “If it be possible, as much as lies in you, live peaceably with all men.” When you begin to walk in love and unity, your prayers become more effective and divine power is released through you. Living in peace and unity doesn’t mean you have to agree with everyone around you all the time. It means you look for common ground. It means you reach out to others; you pray for them and help meet their needs. It means what the Bible says in Philippians 2:3, “Let nothing be done through strife or vain glory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.”

Beloved, when we put the needs of others first, God will make sure our own needs are abundantly supplied. When we live with a servant’s heart toward others, it opens the door for God’s complete healing in us — physically, spiritually, emotionally and financially. When you walk in love and peace, you are fulfilling God’s command!

Prayer
Father in heaven, I thank You for revealing Your truth to my heart. I choose Your ways above my own and ask that You open opportunities for me to pray for others and open the door for Your healing power. May Your love and peace fill my heart abundantly in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE!

Sow Where You Want A Harvest
Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. Genesis 26:12

When you sow apple seeds, you get apples. When you sow seeds of friendship, you get friends. If this principle works even in the natural, how much more in the supernatural! Bible says that when Isaac sowed in the land, he reaped a hundredfold even though there was a famine in that land. The reason is very simple: “…the Lord blessed him.”

Today, if you are believing God for a breakthrough in a particular area, sow in that area. He “is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.” Child of God, understand that whatever money or time you give to the Lord, He will multiply it back to you. For instance, you have 24 hours a day like everyone else, but the Lord can make your day very fruitful. God can cause you to achieve a lot in just 24 hours than you could possibly achieve in a year with your human ability.

Even when you have nothing to give but prayers, your prayers will not return to you void. God will answer them exceedingly above what you have asked. When Job lost everything he possessed, he prayed for his friends and the Lord not only restored his losses, but “gave Job twice as much as he had before.” So start sowing seeds in the area that you believe God to intervene and begin to reap your harvest!

Confession
As the month ends today, I declare that every seed that I have sown is coming back to me in an abundant harvest. I declare that in the next month, I will reap wherever I will sow. I cannot be denied, rejected or refused. I breakthrough on all sides and I enter into divine rest today!

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

Be Full of Joy
These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. John 15:11 (KJV)

Jesus came to give you joy and joy to the full! When your joy is full, it can be seen by others. Joy is supposed to be displayed. As believers, God wants us to have a smile on our faces and a spring in our steps. He wants us to show kindness and be friendly. He wants us to be full of His supernatural joy!

Have you allowed the pressures of life to push you down? Have you been more focused on your circumstances than on your God? If you are not enjoying your life, it’s time to refocus and tap into the full joy within. It’s time to draw the line and tell yourself, that’s it! You don’t need to live another day negative, discouraged, bitter or cranky. Rather, you need to put a smile on your face and let your joy be seen so you can brighten somebody else’s day. Live your life happy and full of joy! Nehemiah 8:10 says that the joy of the Lord is your strength!

When you take that step of faith and choose to trust God with your future, something changes on the inside. Your feelings will soon line up. Your faith will tap into His supernatural joy. And when you tap into joy, you tap into His strength and victory. Then you can live the full, abundant life God has for you!

Prayer
Father, I thank You for the gift of joy today. I thank You for lavishing Your love and grace on me. Fill me with Your power, strength and virtue so that my joy will overflow and be a blessing everywhere I go. I walk in divine strength every moment of the day in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE!

You Are Perfect In God’s Eyes
But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God...For by one offering He hath perfected forever them that are sanctified. Hebrews 10:12, 14

Beloved, God sees you with no flaw, no spot or no imperfection, so today honor His Word and the finished work of Jesus Christ by saying, “Amen!” Don’t doubt your perfection in Christ. To see yourself as far from being perfect is not modesty, but a failure to understand the perfect sacrifice that Jesus has made for you.

The memory verse says, “For by one offering He hath perfected forever them that are sanctified.” Did you hear that? You have not only been sanctified, but by the same offering of Jesus’ body, you have been perfected. You are both holy and perfect in God’s eyes! Your sins have been purged perfectly. So instead of being conscious of your sins, you can have a perfect conscience, a conscience that is free from the guilt and condemnation of sins. When you find yourself conscious of your sins, just say, “Thank You, Lord Jesus, for Your wonderful work at the cross. It is a perfect work that has removed all my sins completely.”

Dearly beloved, God sees you perfect without any spot of sin. He sees you covered in the beautiful white robes of His own righteousness. He treats you like a righteous man because that is what He has made you. So expect good things to happen to you because the Father always pours out His blessings on His righteous people!

Prayer
Dear Lord, I thank You for Your Son Jesus Christ who shed His precious blood for me so I can be made perfect and holy before You. I pray that I will live in this Word even as I seek to please You with everything I do. I thank You for seeing beyond my frailties in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE!

The Lord is Not Slow
The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 (NIV)

Do you realize that as a child of the Most High God, you have a tremendous advantage in life? The Creator of the Universe is not only fighting your battles for you, but He is also lining up the right people, the right resources and the right opportunities to move you forward. He is shaping your life from one glory to another.

God’s desire for you is summarized in 3 John 1:2, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” You may be facing a situation right now that looks like it’s never going to turn around, but have faith that you are going to see some changes quicker than you think. You are going to come out of that debt quicker than you think. You are going to accomplish your goals much quicker than you think. That relationship is going to be restored quicker than you think!

God is not slow in keeping His promise. Believe that you are in a season where you will see the hand of God move like never before. He is opening up doors that no man can shut. He is turning impossible situations around and taking you places that you never dreamed. Get ready for more of God’s favor because that breakthrough you are expecting is going to happen quicker than you think!

Prayer
Father in heaven, I thank You for being faithful to Your Word. I trust You will complete the work You have begun in me. Help me keep my heart and mind focused on You as I stand strong in faith to see Your promises come to pass in my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE!

A Simplified Life
The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple. Psalm 119:130 (NIV)

Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the obligations of everyday life? Does your schedule sometimes feel complicated? One of the enemy’s greatest strategies is to keep people so busy doing so many good things that there isn’t time for the most important thing. But in this life one thing is needed and that is to sit at Jesus’ feet and spend time in His word.

In Luke 10:41, we read “And Jesus answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things.” Unfortunately most people fit into this observation that Jesus made of Martha. They get too uptight with the issues of life. But Jesus is saying that when His Word is a priority in your live, everything else in life will fall into place. Life is made simpler when the Lord in charge!

Today, you need to simplify your life in order to make room in your schedule for Him. If you are not sure how to order your day, simply ask Him to give you wisdom and show you how to manage your time. He loves you so much and He loves it when you call upon His name. Remember, He longs to be good to those who are looking for His goodness. Simplify your life today so you can receive the light and understanding He desires to give to you.

Prayer
Father God, today I surrender everything to You. I give You my mind, will and emotions. I give You also my schedule and I ask for Your wisdom to order my days. I choose to put You first. I thank You for leading me in every decision I face today in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE!

The Spirit of Unity
May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus. Romans 15:5 (NIV)

Do you find that you are surrounded by people all the time, yet you still feel disconnected? In your family, does it seem like every one going in different directions, always busy, always minding their own business? We really have to make a conscious effort to walk and live in unity with the people in our lives and not allow distractions to pull us apart.

The memory verse says that Apostle Paul prayed for the Romans that God will give them endurance and encouragement to walk in the spirit of unity. Walking in a spirit of unity goes beyond just getting along with people; it is about going the extra mile to support one another and lift each other up. If you want to get the most out of life, you have got to draw a line and tell yourself, ‘I am going to slow down and connect with the people I love. I am not going to take my relationships for granted.’

Start today by calling a friend or family member that you haven’t talked to in a while. Reach out to them and let them know they are important. Make time to have dinner as a family and support each other’s activities. When you walk and live in unity, you bless the Lord and open the door for His supernatural blessing to flow into your own life!

Prayer
Father in heaven, I thank You for the relationships in my life. I thank You for giving me the ability to unify. Please help me find creative ways to connect with the people I love. Help me to walk and live in a spirit of unity as You commanded. Be enthroned today in Jesus’ name. Amen

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

The Path of The Righteous
But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day. Proverbs 4:18 (ESV)

Often, people get so busy with things that don’t really matter in eternity. You see, it is easy to get consumed with your career and stay focused on your goals. Yes, it is good to work hard, but you have got to learn how to live such that you can stay in balance. Proverbs 11:1 says that “A false balance is abomination to the LORD…”

Child of God, if you want to truly enjoy the journey of life, you have to take time to stop and enjoy the blessing that God brings into your life. How often do you appreciate the people God has put in your life? As a parent, how often do you hug your children before they leave for school? As a married person, how often do you tell your spouse that you love them? When was the last time you called your parents to tell them how much you love them?

Beloved, this is how you can enjoy the journey. If you will determine to enjoy the journey of life, you will live with no regrets. You will see your path shine brighter and brighter, and at the end, you will be able to say, ‘I made the most of my life. I enjoyed my family. I enjoyed my friends. I finished my course with joy.’ Resolve not to live your life so uptight; enjoy it as the Lord gives!

Prayer
Heavenly Father, I thank You for the people You’ve placed in my life. Teach me to enjoy my relationships more because they are all that matters in eternity. May I enjoy the journey of life as my path shines brighter and brighter until the full day. Bless You today in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

Your Time To Be Favored
You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for the time to favor her, yes, the set time, has come. Psalm 102:13 (NKJV)

When God give you a promise, you need to raise your level of expectation so you can receive it. Yes, it is good to believe in the promises of God, but you need to go beyond just believing to expecting. You may have believed God for favor to achieve something, but now is your time of favor so expect God to come through for you.

Bible says that God will arise and have mercy on Zion for the set time to favor her has come. In Genesis 49:19, Jacob prophesied on Gad his son, “a troop shall overcome him: but he shall overcome at the last.” In Mark 5, Jesus fulfilled that prophecy when he came in contact with a descendant of Gad who had been overpowered by a troop or legion. As soon as Jesus delivered him, Gad overcame at last. Beloved, that was no coincidence. Jesus walked into the situation at the set time for God’s favor and He delivered Gad’s descendant.

Beloved, when your time of favor comes, absolutely no one can stop you from shinning. Nothing can prevent you from going forth in victory because it is your time of favor. It is your season of open doors and so any door that was once closed will be opened. Today, don’t just sit down believing for them; stir up your faith and walk into them!

Confession
I rejoice at the fact that this is my season of favor. In my season of favor, I will walk in excellence, abundance, accuracy and dominion. Every closed door is being opened unto me today. I will be received wherever I was once rejected. Today, I am shinning and I am soaring!

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!!!

Ask, Believe and Receive
Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1 John 3:21-22

Don’t ever forget this this truth: God always answers prayers! You may not feel it or see it happening, but He does answer them. Whichever way your answer from God comes – whether you receive a yes, no or wait – you must understand that God still remains the Praying-answering Father. The Bible says that to everyone that ask, he shall receive.

The opening verse says whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him. Whatsoever means whatsoever! In another way, there is absolutely no prayer that we make to God that we do not receive an answer. But the Bible says that if your heart condemns you and your confidence is not towards God, you cannot receive from God. Beloved, doubt or disbelief is the number one thing that prevents most people from receiving answers to their prayers.

The moment you overcome the huddle of doubt and demonstrate faith in God, you are just a step away from receiving answers to your prayers. What is it that you seek for in prayer? All you need to do is to ask for it, believe you have and receive it by faith.  Matthew 7:7 says that “ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” Today, have faith in God that when you ask and you believe, you shall receive the desires of your heart.

Prayer
I bless Your name dear Lord for giving me this marvelous opportunity to ask and receive whatsoever that I desire. I trust in Your Word and I chose to live in this understanding that I will always receive an answer when I pray in the wonderful name of Jesus. Be praised, amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!!!

Divine Counsel
Without counsel, plans go awry, but in the multitude of counselors they are established. Proverbs 15:22

It is only the unwise that rejects a good piece of advice. This is true even more when it is the counsel of the Holy Spirit. God has blessed us with all that we need to make right decision and judgments. We have the Word of God, the Holy Spirit and ministers of the gospel to teach and instruct us in the perfect way. This is why we cannot afford to make avoidable mistakes.

Proverbs 14:12 says that “there is a way which seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” Whoever denies the rich counsel of the Lord has inevitably accepted the way of death. This is because God is the originator of all plans and purposes and He alone knows how each of them can be fulfilled. Psalm 33:1 says that “The counsel of the LORD stands for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.”

We must acknowledge that God has given us His word which is light unto our path and lamp unto our feet. He has given us the Holy Spirit to live in us; He is our inner counsel and He teaches us to know all truth. Finally, God has given you His servants – ministers of the gospel – to instruct us according to His words. For these reasons, mistakes are alien to the believer. Receive divine counsel today!

Prayer
I thank You Lord that You have available unto me everything that will enable me to live the higher life here on earth. I thank You for Your Word, Your Spirit and Your servants. I now know that I cannot make mistakes in life because I seek counsel. Be glorified in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

It Shall Not Come Near You!
A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you. Psalm 91:7

When a doctor asks you, “Do you have a family history of cancer?” and you respond, “Yes,” he will probably tell you that you might get some form of cancer too. If you don’t know God, you may agree with the doctor and start worrying about your health. But God’s Word says, “A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you.”

Even if you have a family history of a particular condition which has destroyed many of your family members, you can have the confidence in God’s Word and declare that it will not come near you! Beloved, God wants you to know that even though you are in this world, you are not of this world. You belong to Him. You don’t have to get caught in terrible situations along with the people of the world. Because God is on your side, “He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence.” Even when it comes to generational diseases, you can boldly declare: “That disease stops here!”

When you believe God and His Word, you will see His promises, and not adversity, come to pass for you. A thousand (diseases, recurring failure, poverty and negative situations) may fall at your side; but it shall not come near you because you are a conqueror!

Confession
I declare today that a thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you. No negative condition is permitted to remain in my domain today and forever. I invite only goodness, mercy and abundance to chase after me all the days of my life.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE TODAY!

The Gracious Hand of God
Then I told them about how the gracious hand of God had been on me...Nehemiah 2:18 (NLT)

Have you ever thought about the fact that the victories you saw in your past weren’t just your own doing? When you made it through a difficult time, when you received an unexpected promotion, when things turned around for no reason, it was because God favored you. You wouldn’t be where you are if the gracious hand of God was not on your life!

It doesn’t matter if you don’t have as much education as someone else. It doesn’t matter how influential your family is. It doesn’t matter what your background is. God’s favor can take you where you could not go on your own. When you receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, He places something undeniable on the inside of you. Something that cannot be measured, that cannot be put on paper, and definitely cannot be explained. It is the Holy Spirit and His favor that is shining down on you! Other people may not be able to figure it out. All they know is that you have got something — that’s the greater grace of God.

Today let this truth sink down deeply into your heart. Don’t be discouraged by what you can see, be encouraged by what you can’t see! Put your chest out and go out with faith and confidence knowing that His gracious hand is upon you! And never forget that 2012 is your season of the greater grace!

Prayer
Father God, I thank You for Your gracious hand that is upon my life. I bless You today for all You have done in my past, today and in my future. I love You and trust You in all things knowing that Your favor surrounds me like a shield therefore I have no fear. I bless You in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE FOR TODAY!

You Have It!
...his favor lasts a lifetime...Psalm 30:5 (NIV)

Friend, success in this life isn’t necessarily about how popular, influential or educated someone is. Success is about living a life of excellence in obedience to God’s Word. When we step out to do what God has called us to do, scripture says that His favor surrounds us like a shield. When we have His favor, we have everything, and we have an advantage for success!

God’s favor opens the right doors. His favor propels us into our breakthroughs. The favor of God causes us to accomplish what we could not have accomplished on our own. It gives us, the heirs of salvation, an edge. Now, if you are going to see the gracious hand of God at work in your life, you can’t go through the day feeling intimidated, thinking that you are a mediocre, looking around and comparing yourself to everyone else. No, you have to live like you have His favor, think like you have favor, talk like you have favor, walk like you have favor, dress like you have favor!

Not arrogantly. Not in a way that portrays that you are better than somebody else, but with a quiet confidence knowing that you have the favor of God on you! Live like you have got it because you do! Remember that Romans 4:17 says that your God “…quickens the dead, and calls those things which be not as though they were.”

Prayer
Father, I thank You for Your grace, favor and mercy upon me. I praise You today because You are good. I receive Your truth by faith and rise up to walk in my calling. I know that You are going before me to prepare the way as I walk in Your favor all day long in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE!

Put Off The Old And Put On The New
You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self...Ephesians 4:22-24

When we put off the old nature and put on the new self, we are positioning ourselves to operate under the atmosphere of possibilities in Christ. Increase becomes so real in our lives. When you put off, you separate yourself from something or get rid of it. Bible tells us to put off deceitful desires, corrupt attitudes and old ways of thinking.

Child of God, there are certain attitudes and negative thoughts that you must put off or reject just in the same manner that you put off dirty clothes. These are attitudes that made life unhappy, miserable, corrupt, dead, selfish and restless for you. If you are willing, the first step in putting off the old self is by recognizing these old attitudes. The next step is to recognize the wonderful possibilities of the new life God has designed for us. Then also you will need to renew your mind with the Word of God and begin to align your ways with God’s.

Romans 12:2 says, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” As you daily renew your mind, you will begin to live and think like God and conform to His image. When we put on our new self, we exhibit the life of God and we live in possibilities.

Prayer
Father, I thank You that You have called me to a new life in Christ Jesus and this new life opens me to a life of possibilities. Please help me to understand and put into practice this great principle of putting off the old self and putting on the new. Thank You in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE!

Walk In Love
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18

All throughout scriptures, God commands us to love. The Bible says love is the greatest thing. 1 Corinthians 13:13 says, “And now abides faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” Love is all that matters on this earth and it is the only thing that will last in eternity. And we are protected when we walk in love!

When we become selfish or self-seeking, the door to our hearts becomes opened to confusion and every evil work. But when we walk in love, when we choose to put others first, when we choose to be patient and kind and when we choose to walk in unity, we are protected by love. We automatically close the door to the plans of the enemy in our lives. This is why 2 Timothy 1:7 says “For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

Today, consider your love walk. Read 1 Corinthians 13 and consciously emulate the characteristics of love. Remember, love is not a feeling; it is a choice. When you choose love, it is like you are covered by a force field of protection that cannot be penetrated. Bible says that God is love and His banner over us is love. Today, cast out any iota of fear and begin to walk in love!

Prayer
Father God, I humbly come before You today asking that You search my heart. Lord, please remove any selfishness in me and help me to always walk in love. I thank You for protecting me through the promises I receive in walking in love. I praise You today in Jesus’ name. Amen.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE FOR TODAY!

Strengthened Inner Man
That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man. Ephesians 3:16

What do we imply when we talk about the inner being? Many people mistakenly think it is the soul, reasoning, emotion and will. But 2 Corinthians 4:16 gives us a clue; “Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.” Clearly the inner man is not the soul, but the human spirit.

The inner man is the place where God begins His recovery work in us. The state of being really discouraged, brokenhearted and almost at the point of giving up is often described as dispirited because it is your spirit that is dissatisfied. But as Christians, Bible says that even when our outer body gets old and deteriorating our inner man gets more vital and becomes richer and stronger. The Holy Spirit infuses fresh strength into our spirit (which is the inner being). 1 Corinthians 12:13 says, “For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body…and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.”

When our human spirits receive inspiration from the Holy Spirit we become refreshed and revitalized, the same way water refreshes our bodies and the inner man becomes strengthened. When we allow the Holy Spirit to consume and overshadow our human spirit, our faith in God and His promises soar to the level where whatsoever we ask of God, we receive.

Prayer
I thank you, Father, that You have given Your Spirit to strengthen me in the inner man and to cause my faith in You to soar. I pray that as my spirit becomes energized, I will begin to see You more real and walk in step with You. May Your name be praised in Jesus’ name. Amen.
